VOIS Certificates on the state accreditation are handed over

Today head of Russian protecting culture Mr. A. Kibovsky in solemn conditions has handed over to the representative of our organization to deputy director Mr. V. Osipov the Certificate about state accreditation of VOIS on realization of collective management of rights of performers and producers on reception of royalty for public exploitation, broadcast and cable transmission of phonograms published in commercial purposes.
Certificates are given out on the basis of orders of Federal service on supervision of observance of the legislation in the field of protection of a cultural heritage dated 08/06/2009 № 136 and № 137 accordingly.
