VOIS and CMORR (Azerbaijan) signed an agreement

VOIS and CMORR (Azerbaijan Public Association «For the Collective Management of Owners of Related Rights») concluded a bilateral agreement on mutual representation of interests for collective management of related rights. The agreement provides for cooperation between the parties and exchange of catalogs of performers and phonogram producers.

Azerbaijan Public Association «For the Collective Management of Owners of Related Rights» (CMORR) collects, distributes and pays remuneration to performers and phonogram producers for public performance of phonograms published for commercial purposes. Cooperation of VOIS and the Azerbaijan colleagues will allow to collect remuneration for public performance and broadcasting and cable transmission of phonograms published for commercial purposes, in favor of the Russian performers and record companies on the territory of Azerbaijan and, respectively, in favor of the rightholders of Azerbaijan in Russia
