The date of Accreditation committee meeting has been declared

According to the sixth paragraph of item 4 clause 1244 of CC RF of the Position about Government accreditation of those organizations which is carrying out collective management by the author’s and related rights as it is established by the Regulation of Government of the Russian Federation № 992 dated December 29, 2007, item 5.2.3 of the Position about Federal office on oversight for compliance of the Legislation in the field of protection of cultural heritage, established by the Regulation of Government of the Russian Federation № 407 dated May 29, 2008, Russian Protection Culture office appointed July 31, 2009 by the next date of accreditation committee meeting on consideration of claims from organizations carrying out collective management with rights to be accredited so that the last could make activity in the following fields of collective management:
– Implementation of performers’ rights for public and cable/ether use of sound recordings, published in commercial purposes (cl. 1326 of CC RF);
– Implementation of phonogram producers’ rights for public and cable/ether use of sound recordings, published in commercial purposes (cl. 1326 of CC RF).
