GM of the VOIS Mr. A. Krichevskiy has entered into the structure of Council of experts under the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation

By the order of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation dated September 22nd, 2009 nr.650 “About establishment of Council of experts
on the author’s and related rights” the Provision about Council of experts on the author’s and related rights and its structure have been approved.
The control over execution of the stated order is assigned to the secretary of state – the deputy minister of culture of the Russian Federation
Ms. E. Chukovskaya. Into the structure of Council of experts enter:

1. Ms. Ekaterina E. Chukovskaya – the secretary of state the deputy minister of culture of the Russian Federation (Chairman of the Council);

2. Mr. Alexander V. Kibovskiy – the Head of Federal service on supervision of observance of the legislation in the field of protection of a cultural
heritage (the vice-president of the Council);

3. Mr. Alexey A. Shalashov – Director of Department of the modern art and international cultural communications of the Ministry of culture of
the Russian Federation;

4. Mr. Sergey A. Zernov – Director of Department of cinematography of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation;

5. Mr. Maxim Y. Proksh – the deputy director of normative-legal Department of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation (the responsible
secretary of the Council);

6. Mr. Ivan A. Bliznets – the Chancellor of the Russian state institute of intellectual property;

7. Mr. Edward P. Gavrilov – Civil disciplines faculty manager of the Institute of international trade and the right;

8. Ms. Elena I. Kaminskaya – the lecturer of Faculty of international private and civil law of the Moscow state institute of the International
relations the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;

9. Mr. Andrey B. Krichevskiy – the GM of the Society on collective management of related rights Russian Organization for Intellectual Property;

10. Mr. Leonid N. Nadirov – Chairman of the Board of NP Partnership on protection and management of the rights in sphere of art;

11. Ms. Elena A. Pavlova – the deputy chief of a department of problems of application and perfection of the Civil code of the Russian Federation
of Research center of Private law under the President of the Russian Federation;

12. Ms. Elena A. Sizova – the Head of the machinery of Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on culture;
13. Mr. Pavel V. Stepanov – Reviewer of state-legal department of the President of the Russian Federation;

14. Mr. Sergey S. Fedotov – the GM of the Russian Author’s Society.
