Russian Copyright owners’ Union has finished distribution of collected royalty for year 2008. Payment of above mentioned money to well-deserved right holders will be completed already untill March 13 of the current year.
Financial department of Russian Copyright owners’ Union brings to well-deserved right holders notice that in accordance with requirements of Russian Tax Legislation (RTL) while making payments to relevant members-individuals Russian Copyright owners’ Union states its position as Tax agent and obliged to withhold tax rate on profits of individuals for determinate order payment.
