VOIS and CMORR (Azerbaidzhan) fled into partnership

VOIS concluded a bilateral agreement with the Azerbaidzhan collecting society on neighboring rights Azerbaijan Public Association «For the Collective Management of Owners of Related Rights» (CMORR). According to the bilateral agreement the performers and the producers of phonograms of both countries will be protected equally on the contracting territories.

Cooperation of VOIS and the Azerbaidzhan colleagues will allow Russian performers and record companies get remuneration for the public use of music phonograms on the territory of Azerbaidzhan, and Azerbaidzhan neighboring right owners – on the territory of Russia.
