Blockchain system by the IPChain Association is one of the most progressive in Russia. It laid the basis for system of recording registries in state management systems. This opinion was expressed by experts during the International Legal Forum in Moscow.
According to Elena Avakyan, adviser to the Russian Federal Bar Association (RFBA) several years ago the digital economy was mentioned as a global challenge, and today we can see real signs of implementation of similar systems. “The most striking modern trend is the transition to a digital state. We can observe more and more digital platforms in the government sector. We increasingly hear about registries digitalization, we are seeing more and more IT penetration,” the expert told.
In her opinion, today the blockchain is the most appropriate principle for many solutions. “I believe that one of the most progressive and advanced blockchain systems in Russia and in the field of IP in general is the system produced by IPChain Association, which laid the basis for system of recording registries in state management systems,” Ms. Avakyan said.
The lawyer of the IPChain Association Elizaveta Afanasyeva, in turn, noted: “A universal infrastructure for monitoring of rights for all types of IP objects – IPChain has been developed and launched in Russia. It meets all the needs of the digital market and allows IP consumers and manufacturers to interact with the utmost transparency.”
Ms. Afanasyeva explained that using algorithms the IPChain network allows to find a specific object, track its history and view its status, and also to store, identify data on this object and share it both within the network and with an external counterpart. According to Ms. Afanasyeva a special advantage of IPChain is the opportunity to build services for specific industry needs.
The International Legal Forum was held in Moscow for the seventh time. The IPChain Association was the official partner of the forum.
