We welcome you on a site of the All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization “Society on collective management of related rights “RUSSIAN ORGANIZATION FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY” (VOIS). VOIS is the non-commercial public organization created by performers and producers for realization and protection of related rights.

VOIS acts to a basis of principles of voluntary and equal in rights membership and democratic self-management. Our organization carries out the activity in all territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with its Charter, registered in Federal registration service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

VOIS is created with support of the All-Russian public organization «Russian Author's Society» (RAO) and closely cooperates with this authoritative Russian organization within the limits of the General cooperation agreement.

VOIS has concluded cooperation agreements on mutual representation with the foreign organizations on management of the rights, including with societies of those countries where sound recordings of Russian right owners are actively used. Among foreign partners of our organization - Official body «National center of intellectual property» (Belorussia), Republican public association «Kazakhstan society on management of the rights of performers» (Republic Kazakhstan), Association «Author's and related rights» (Republic Moldova), Association of the enterprises «Ukrainian league of the musical rights» (ULMP), Association of the enterprises «Ukrainian music alliance» (UMA), the Organization on collective management of the rights of performers "Prava Interpritatora" (Serbia), Guild of authors and performers of Uzbekistan, the Society on collective management of related rights «AMAR» (Brazil) and others.

Our society has mandates from more than 3,5 thousand Russian performers, in particular, Irina Arkhipova, Larissa Dolina, Jury Antonov, Edita Pyekha, Nikolay Baskov, Nikolay Rastorguev, Oleg Gazmanov, Sergey Galanin, Andrey Makarevich, Nikolay Baskov, Dmitry Malikov, Vyacheslav Butusov, Alena Apina, Valery Syutkin, Vyacheslav Dobrynin, Jasmin, Vyacheslav Malezhik, Edward Khil, Igor Sarukhanov, Vlad Stashevsky, Vyacheslav Petkun, Chris Kelmi, groups BRAVO, Park Gor’kogo, Plazma, Ruki vverh, Slivki, Na-Na, Laskovy May, LUBE, Zemlyane, Diskoteka Avariya, Chaif, Russki Razmer, Lesopoval, SereGa, Splin and many others. We have also been mandated from the famous Russian symphonic and chamber orchestras: The academic symphonic orchestra of the St.-Petersburg philarmonic  named after D.D.Shostakovich, Vivaldi-orchestra under direction of Svetlana Bezrodnaya, the Academic Ensemble of a song and dancing of internal armies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Academic Big concert orchestra named after J.V.Silantev, the Separate Indicative orchestra of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Symphonic orchestra of the Academic Chapel of St.-Petersburg, the Russian academic orchestra of the Novosibirsk state philharmonic, the St.-Petersburg state symphonic orchestra Classic and many others.

VOIS carries out management of related rights of the largest Russian producers: Firm Melody, Russian state music TV- radio Center, First Music Publishing, Corporation RAIS Lis'S, National Music Corporation, Megaliner, National Music Publishing, Elitail, NOX Music, Studio SOYUZ, Firm Gramrecord Nikitin (WARNER Music), Quadro Publishing, Studio Dialog, Turbo Music, SOYUZ Music,  Classic Partner, Sintez Records, Upstream Production, Mazay Communications, ТМЕ, RDS Records, Mainstream Production and many others.

The basic purpose of VOIS is achievement of collective interests and the public blessings in the field of formation of effective system of protection of related rights by realization of activity on management of the rights on a collective basis.

The basic subject of VOIS’s activity is realization of rights of performers and producers on reception of royalty for public use, and also the message in an ether or by a cable of phonograms published in commercial purposes. Subject of activity of the Society is also rendering assistance to right owners in realization and protection of their intellectual rights on a contractual basis, including on the basis of the powers given by other Russian and foreign organizations on management of the rights on a collective basis.
